Step-by-Step Registration Process

Easy Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

1. Create New Account: Enter Primary contact information, and Camper information.
2. Register Camper: Select camper from your main Account Page, select the session, and you will be guided through the entire registration process.
3. Make Payment: You can choose to pay in full, or pay a $300 deposit at the time of registration. To reduce costs, the preferred method of payment is Electronic Check (eCheck). But credit cards and old-fashioned paper check are also welcome!
4. Send Camper Photo: Send us along a picture of your camper(s) via email or regular mail.
5. Send Immunization Forms: You'll want to send us along your camper's latest Immunization Forms signed by your doctor, as well as any other medical-related forms that were not completed during the registration process.

Notes about our online Registration System:

• Login Anytime!: Once you've created your account, you can come back anytime to manage your information by clicking the "User Login" button from the main Registration page.
• At Your Convenience!: It's not necessary to complete all of your information at once; you can enter just your Primary Contact information for you and your camper(s), and then come back anytime to Register, or to complete your Medical Information, etc.
• eCheck Payments: If convenient for you, making your payment using the "eCheck" feature is the preferred method.
• Task List: On your main account page, you'll see a list of "Uncompleted Tasks". These are reminders of outstanding items in your registration process. During the registration process, you'll be reminded to:
  • Email a photo of your camper for our files to admin@campcenterstage.org
  • Send us a copy of your camper's up-to-date Immunization Forms
• Feedback: Please email us with any suggestions or other feedback about the registration system.
